Our Promise
You have 14 days from the moment your order arrives to decide if it’s truly yours. If it isn’t quite the moment you envisioned, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Items are welcome back if they remain unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Begin
Simply write to us at momante.nails@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll guide you gently through every step and provide the return address once your request is approved. (Please note: packages sent without prior approval cannot be processed.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Should anything arrive less than perfect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it swiftly and graciously.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, sale pieces and gift cards are considered final. If you have any questions about a specific set, we’re always happy to advise before purchase.
Exchanges
The quickest path to your perfect set is to return the original through our standard process. Once received and approved, we invite you to place a new order (we’re delighted to reserve your desired style in advance if you let us know). This ensures your new moment arrives without delay.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union enjoy an unconditional 14-day right of withdrawal, for any reason. The same care conditions apply: unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds
As soon as your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it with care and notify you immediately. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days—though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to reflect the credit.
